Stephan Loges
Born in Dresden, Stephan Loges was an early winner of the Wigmore Hall International Song Competition, where he is now a regular recitalist. He has since made appearances at the Carnegie Hall, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Vienna Konzerthaus, Klavierfestival Ruhr, Schleswig-Holstein Festival, Santiago de Compostela, Musée d’Orsay Paris, Vocal Arts Series in Washington, and with the MDR Sinfonieorchester Leipzig, Melbourne and Sapporo Symphony Orchestras, London Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Gabrieli Consort.
Recent and future highlights include a return to La Monnaie in the world première of Mark Grey’s Frankenstein, his role debut as Falke Die Fledermaus with Northern Ireland Opera, performances with the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, Residentie Orkest, and Orquestra XXI, and recitals at the Oxford Lieder Festival and Lied Festival Victoria De Los Angeles, Barcelona.
