Born in Nottingham, Nicholas studied Commerce at Birmingham University, and singing at the RNCM and the NOS as a Peter Moores Foundation scholar. He has been a guest artist for Glyndebourne, GPO, Garsington, ETO, Early Opera Company, SO and ON. He has worked with

Sir Mark Elder, Sir Simon Rattle, Nicholas McGegan, Stuart Stratford and David Parry. In concert, he has sung at the BBC Proms, the Wigmore Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, St. John’s Smith Square and the Cadogan Hall. Future plans include John in Peter Pan for WNO and ROH and Remendado in Carmen for SO.
