Born in London, Michael Druiett began his career as principal bass at ENO and ROH, and has also appeared with companies including BFO, GFO, MTW, SO, WNO, La Monnaie, Brussels, L’Opéra national de Lyon, L’Opéra national de Montpellier, the Opéra national de Paris and the New Israeli Opera. Future engagements include The Commendatore Don Giovanni for the Deutsche Oper Am Rhein, The Bonze Madama Butterfly for GTO, Wotan Das Rheingold for ON and Mahler Symphony No. 8 for the Leeds International Concert Season.
