Jonathan Berman
Internationally acclaimed conductor Jonathan Berman already has an extensive repertory and has received praise & support from the likes of Jac van Steen, Vladimir Jurowski, Oliver Knussen, Gunther Schuller and George Benjamin.
Recent concerts include BBC Proms, Rotterdam Philharmonic, London Sinfonietta, BCMG, AM and Tanglewood Festivals. He also curated concerts for the Southbank Centre which were called ‘the most exciting concerts in London for 10 years’.
He was the former LPO assistant and, as the first British winner of the Kempinski Young Artist Fellowship in Berlin, worked with the Cleveland Orchestra with Franz Welser-Möst, and the New World Symphony in Miami with Michael Tilson Thomas.
