James Southall

James Southall’s recent performances include Don Giovanni, Così fan tutte and The Magic Flute with WNO, and La Finta Giardiniera and Die Fledermaus with Opéra de Baugé. He has studied with Lothar Koenigs and Jorma Panula. James was Organ Scholar at Queens’ College, Cambridge University before completing his Master of Music at RCM. As a pianist James won the Accompanist’s Prize in the Kathleen Ferrier Awards at Wigmore Hall and in 2012
he collaborated with Bryn Terfel at Buckingham Palace in a Royal Gala Concert hosted by Prince Charles.
