Emily Blanch
Emily Blanch was born in Melbourne. She was the winner of the Australian Singing Competition and the McDonald’s Aria. After relocating to London she graduated from the GSMD
on their prestigious Opera Course. Last year Emily performed
with Pop Up Opera as Fiordiligi in their Autumn tour of Cosi fan tutte.
Emily also returned to OHP as a Young Artist as Miss Jessel in Britten’s
The Turn of the Screw. She was also involved in Fulham Opera’s Ring Cycle as Wellgunde and Ortlinde. 2015 includes a return to Opera Holland Park
as the Priestess in Aida.
