Dawid Kimberg

Born in Johannesburg, Dawid studied at the Royal College of Music and the National Opera Studio and was a member of the Royal Opera House Jette Parker Young Artist Programme.

At Covent Garden his roles include Masetto Don Giovanni, Flemish Deputy Don Carlo, The Steersman Tristan und Isolde, Potapych The Gambler, Marullo Rigoletto, 2nd Prisoner Fidelio, Moralès Carmen, Surintendant des Plaisirs Cendrillon, other operatic roles include Owen Wingrave and Mr. Gedge Albert Herring for Théâtre du Capitole Toulouse, Ned Keene Peter Grimes for Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Guglielmo Cosi fan Tutte for Opera Holland Park, Il Conte Almaviva Le Nozze di Figaro and Moralès Carmen for Glyndebourne Touring Opera, Dr. Falke Die Fledermaus for Bolshoi Opera in Moscow, Belcore L'elisir d'amore for Festival Opera in New Zeeland.

Future performances include the role of Il Conte Almaviva, Le Nozze di Figaro for English Touring Opera.
