Chloe trained in Theatre Design at Wimbledon School of Art. She has recently won an Arts Foundation Fellowship for Design for Performance. Recent design work includes productions at the National Theatre, Royal Court, Young Vic, and the Schaubühne Theatre in Berlin. She has designed sets and costumes for operas such as The Little Sweep (Malmö Opera), The Cunning Little Vixen and Orpheus in the Underworld (RCM) and La Calisto (Early Opera Company).
