Northern Irish born Carolyn Dobbin Studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and OTC Yap. She was Associate Artist at Welsh National Opera and was on contract at Luzerner Theatre Switzerland.

She has worked for the ROH Linbury Theatre, ENO, Irish National Opera, Grange Park Opera, Dorset Opera, Buxton Festival, Longborough, Opera Holland Park, Stadttheater Bern, RTVE Madrid, NI Opera and the Royal Albert Hall.

Recent and future performances include a concert with Le Foyer des Artists, the role of Fenena in Nabucco, the Witch in Hansel and Gretel for INO, Cuniza in Oberto for Chelsea Opera Group, Mary in Derfliegende Holländer with Sir Bryn Terfel at Grange Park Opera and Siegrune in Die Walkure LFO as well song recording with Iain Burnside and for the BBCNI.
