Byron Jackson
Born in the Midlands, studied at the Birmingham Conservatoire and awarded the St Clare Barfield Bowl for Operatic Distinction. Operatic debut as Rangwan in Delius’ Koanga at Sadlers’ Wells/ Pegasus Opera. Since then he has sung in venues throughout the UK and Europe including
Monmouth Festival, BFO, ROH, Opera de Lyon and the Teatro dei Rozzi. World premieres such as ROH’s Anna Nicole, and Bird of Night. Recently he appeared in Moses und Aron, Lohengrin for WNO and Parsifal for the BBC Proms. Roles include Ben The Telephone, Zmora Maria for WFO,
