Bradley Travis

Bradley Travis was born in Disley, Cheshire and studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal College of Music International Opera School.

Roles performed include Figaro Le nozze di Figaro (Opera North), Bunthorne Patience, Bass St John Passion, Masetto Don Giovanni, (ETO), Sassoon Silver Birch (Garsington Opera), Robin Ruddigore, Strephon Iolanthe (National G&S Opera Company). He also performed in Vaughan William’s Serenade to Music at the 2016 Last Night of the Proms.

As a director he revived English Touring Opera’s production of Handel’s Agrippina.

Bradley is the Head of Learning & Participation at English Touring Opera, leading and curating their work with and for communities around the country. Including commissioning, directing and writing new operas for children; devising and leading workshops.
