The Role:
The Stage Technician will be responsible for the preparation, operation, and maintenance of stage and technical equipment throughout rehearsals, performances, and touring. You will help ensure productions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while supporting the artistic vision of each production. You will also assist with the wider work of the Production department and undertake other reasonable duties as required.

At the heart of our ethos is making exceptional artistic experiences available and accessible to everyone. We reach 40,000 people per year with full theatre-based productions, specially commissioned operas for infants, children, families and young people with special educational needs, a series of creative workshops for people living with dementia and their carers, opera-making workshops in secondary schools, and songwriting workshops in Alternative Provision settings designed to benefit young people’s mental health.
