Naomi Burrell
Violin
Associate of the Royal Academy of Music, Naomi Burrell plays violin with some of the world’s leading international baroque ensembles including the Academy of Ancient Music, Dunedin Consort and Barokksolistene from Norway. She is also an improviser, composer and creative workshop leader with a specialism in Dalcroze Eurythmics (music and movement) and an eclectic taste in music. She has lead workshops for Royal Opera House, Spitalfields Music and the Multi-Story Orchestra. Half-british/half-swiss, Naomi was born in Glasgow, but has lived in many different places since including Bern, Ecuador, Berlin, Paris, Oslo and after 10 years in London, she is thrilled to have recently moved to Hastings on the south coast.
