Molly is a theatre director living and working in the East of England. She is an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia, teaching on the module 'The Director, The Actor, and The Script'. In 2021 she was awarded a development grant from Arts Council England to develop as a director of puppetry. She has since worked as a professional puppetry director, alongside directing non puppetry works.
She also works dramaturgically alongside new playwrights in the East of England, and works with HighTide as a script reader.
