Benjamin Williamson

Benjamin Williamson was a Choral Scholar at King’s College, Cambridge, before studying at the RCM, where he won First Prize in the English Song Competition. He won the First Prize in the 2013 Nei Stëmmen International Singing Competition in Luxembourg and Third Prize and the Audience Prize in the 2015 CantateBach Competition in Greifswald, Germany.

He has performed Anführer Erdbeben. Träume. (Oper Stuttgart); Tolomeo Giulio Cesare (English Touring Opera); Seraphim 3 The Gospel According to the Other Mary (Theater Bonn); Hamor Jephtha (Iford Arts); Bertarido Rodelinda (London Handel Festival); Ottone L’incoronazione di Poppea (Ryedale Festival) and Tragedy in Jacopo Peri’s Euridice (British Youth Opera).
