Red Riding Hood
Red Riding Hood was a short piece for players and actors based on the famous story, and written for younger children as an engaging introduction to orchestral instruments.
For younger children in 2008 we are toured a fantastic version of Red Riding Hood by composer Tom Smail and writer Emma House. Written for 10 players and 3 singer-actors it travelled to 11 venues and schools across the country, from Truro in the west to Perth in Scotland. The piece was designed for children aged 3-7, and was a great introduction to the instruments of the orchestra as well as an engaging retelling of the story.
